WVSC are looking for two people to take on the roles of Equipment Officer and Assistant Equipment Officer for the Club for 2024 (and hopefully beyond).
These roles are responsible for
o Handing out equipment (jerseys, cones, balls, first aid kit, pump etc) for trials and training
o Maintaining existing stocks and ordering new equipment
o Identifying equipment needs that have to be filled
o Receiving equipment back at the end of the year.
The Equipment Officer and their Assistant should be well organised, have attention to detail and be flexible and patient in dealing with requests for equipment and questions.
The Equipment Officer receives an honorarium from the Club (and the gratitude of thousands). Our retiring Equipment Officer, Mike Azize, will be on hand to help with your transition into the role.
