U10 – U18 Gradings and Trials

Finding the right level for every player — fair, transparent, developmental

About Grading & Pathways

At WVSC, we strive to place players in divisions and programs that match their ability, ambition, and development goals. Our grading process ensures that teams are competitive, inclusive, and rewarding.

For those aiming to reach higher competition, our **NPLB program** is the top pathway, demanding year-round commitment, advanced coaching, and competition at the highest levels in ACT. Places are limited and highly competitive.

Divisions & Grade Levels

  • Division One — top competitive level for regular first teams.
  • Division Two — developmental / competitive balance.
  • Division Three — more relaxed, social / development focus.

Each player is evaluated across technical skills, game play, attitude, and growth potential. The aim is to maximise both challenge and enjoyment.
