Coaching Support at WVSC
At WVSC, we offer a variety of coaching support options for all our coaches, whether you’re just starting out with the MiniRoos or you’re a seasoned pro in the Senior Leagues. We have a team of experienced coaches ready to assist you whenever you need it. Don’t hesitate to reach out for support.
Please keep in mind that all our coaches are volunteers who give their best effort. They deserve our support, not criticism. If you’re concerned about your child’s experience, talk to the coach, offer to help during training, take a coaching course, or consider becoming a coach next season. Most coaches would gladly welcome assistance.

Team Management at WVSC
Team managers play a vital role in the smooth operation of our teams. Team managers are the organizational backbone, ensuring that everything off the field runs seamlessly so that players and coaches can focus on the game
Team managers handle the many logistical and administrative tasks that keep the team functioning effectively. Their work ensures that the season runs smoothly, creating a positive experience for players, parents, and coaches alike. By taking on these responsibilities, team managers allow coaches to concentrate fully on player development and game strategy.
