As you may know, our organisation has participated in the Healthier Choices Canberra (HCC) program this season.
To better understand the impact of this program, the ACT Health Directorate is working with Clear Horizon to lead an evaluation of the program. As part of this evaluation, you are invited to participate in a short online survey on healthy food and drink options at our venue. By completing the survey, you will be eligible to enter to win a $100 gift voucher. To begin the survey, click here
We are also looking for any interested members or families to participate in a short online interview with Clear Horizon. Participants will be asked to talk about their experiences with healthy food and drink through our activities; they will be thanked with a $55 gift voucher. All information you provide as part of this evaluation will be kept confidential and in line with Clear Horizon’s Privacy Policy, and your survey responses or interview comments will not be associated with your name in the final report.
